My cousin was traveling on July 3, experienced car trouble. They were exceptionally courteous to her, found her problem and had her back on the road in about 20 minutes. Thank God for good people. Highly recommend this service center.

1. Needed transmission fluid changed in Nissan Murano. They didn't have a tool to check the level. Car was 4 years old. You would think they would have it by now. No biggie, continue below.2. Needed transmission fluid changed in an Acura RDX. No fluid in stock. Car is 2 years old. You think they would have it. All these changes were scheduled a week or so ahead of time. No one checked their availability of parts. It would make sense to have the tool and fluid in house before the customer arrived. Now it has to be rescheduled. I can see if no one knew what was broken and they had to get into it to know or parts needed replaced that were unknown to be worn etc. When I change my oil I make sure I have the oil and filter on hand "before" I start. Just common sense.

Super nice staff! I’m working from out of town and took a work vehicle in to get a tire patched and found out the brakes were completely shot. They didn’t pressure me to get them fixed then and there (and I wasn’t able to because of work). The repair estimate was reasonable. Can’t speak to quality of mechanical repairs but the staff all seem genuine.

They were so nice. I had to come to a appointment to Maysville. And I broke down on rt ll. 6 tow companies latter we arrived in Maysville. At days inn. I called them. I had b & J to take my car. It arrived on Friday and Haukes auto picked me up at the hotel Monday morning. Great service! Great kindness! They didn't over charge.. I would recommend Hauke' Auto care to anyone who needs help. The manager, the young man who picked me up on Monday were very kind. Especially the young lady who handled the front and phone. She needs a raise.
