Went for a girls day to treat ourselves before vacation and it was a horrible experience. My friend sat for over an hr and half and was never waited on. Then I had my hands and feet done and by the time I even walked out my nails were already smudge and I had polish on my hands from where it was already coming off... I highly don't recommend this place because even after saying something they didn't want to fix it, acted like nothing was wrong with them. Literally as soon as I got home I had to take the polish off... just horrible experience!

The women who did my nails is beyond disrespectful. I was very disappointed with the way my visit went, I asked her multiple times to fix something about my nails and she would just look at me and snatch my hand. My nails are done horribly and were done with no effort whatsoever. I left the salon with acrylic on my skin and, the back of my nails glued to my fingers. Horrible customer service and, very lazy work. I do not recommend and will not be going back.

This is only the second time I was there. The first time the lady cut my nail off and didn't want to replace it. This second time months later I go there and the older man cut my nail and it had to be replaced, after I had told him I wanted to keep my real nails. I got these done on Tuesday 12/26/2023 today is 12/29/2023. I haven't even had them on for a whole week and the top coat is coming off, they don't even have a shine to them anymore. This should not of happened. I will NOT go back!

Terrible quality, was seated and started then he started doing someone else half way through my session and we were overcharged !!! $200 for two full sets and a pedi ! I'll never go here EVER AGAIN . PRICES ARE A LIE .Services: Acrylic nails

Had a full set put on in the shape stiletto and the color was supposed to be pink and yellow sunset ombre but turned out to look like candy corn was told well its to late now I would have to pay to correct the mistake even when he had a picture as a reference to go by and was shown several times of what I wanted I'm not one to complain but for 70 dollars I would hope you would get what you asked for or at least offer some kind of help with fixing the mistake this place just lost a lot of business from me and everyone I know!!!!Service: Gel manicures

I got my nails fixed and repair and normally when I go in there I have no problem I had this one tech. That seemed like she had not one clue what she was doing my paint job was horrid not what I wanted at all it's looks like she just painted the top with chrome I have nails that are shorter on one hand that I do the other I have they just look God awful and because I didn't give her a tip she threw my thumb brace from when I broke my thumb in the trash never again will I ever use her I would rather wait.Services: Nail repair

We got there at 445 this evening and just got out around 7 pm I was going to get a Pedicure and my daughter got her nails painted but she was gonna get her toenails painted and a pedicure too but they kept taking others ahead of us and never offered to do a pedicure for either of us so I will not be back.Service: Manicure
