I took a new S22 plus in to have the charging port changed. I could charge it on a wireless charger but I didn't want to carry that with me.when I picked the phone up she had broken it so badly that I couldn't make calls or receive calls. Kristy said my phone was a lemon but my lemon worked until she worked on it. I had to replace it. I made a complaint with the BBB but the company isn't BBB affiliated. Hum I wonder why. I am taking it one step further to small claims court.

took my iPhone pro max 13over there to get screen replace and when I pick it up I notice the in setting that display keeps coming up saying that it was non genuine part not apple parts so I call back and lady said that normal and now. I have to continue brightening my screen and there is 3 little bubbles in screen protector I call again nothing was do . I spend over 500 to fix my iPhone and still not happy

I called to inquire about printer repairs, I had 3 not working properly. Was told yes, they’d check them out and repair if fixable. Done. Next day, a call back. 1 was repaired, the other 2 are no good. I go pick up, $50 later, it’s not fixed, still eating paper. The gal joked about “I don’t build printers” POOR WORK ETHICS!!! Basically, pulled the paper jam out and said ‘here ya go’! $$

Replaced a battery then allowed it to run down... did not realize it wasn't charging and I still couldn't get my stuff off the phone because they let it run down. No help... just a shoulder shrug after spending $75!

I walked in one day with my iPhone se to have it's battery and screen replaced. The place inside is very clean and cool. The workers inside are very nice too and work with you to figure out what problem you have and work to fix it. My phone parts came in three days later and I came back down to have them put the parts in. It took about 30 minutes to do the job. When I got my phone back it works like you think it would after the work done is complete. The only reason I gave this a 4 star review over a 5 is because of the price of the job. The parts themselves were a good bit. But for the labor of the job when the parts to change are kind of easy to do by yourself was about 50 dollars. Other then that I recommend this place to fix anything you have electronically. 4/5
