My family and I have taken numerous furry family members to Town & Country for over 25 years. There might be the occasional busy day, but I rarely ever have to wait more than a few minutes and I would wait as long as needed just to see Dr. Biddle and his helpful staff. Dr. Biddle is an extremely caring and helpful person who always goes above and beyond to care for our pets and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a vet. He's helped us welcome new family members into our lives and unfortunately say goodbye to them when the time comes, but always gracefully and respectfully. Caring for any pet is expensive whether it's food, boarding, toys, preventative medicine, or vet services, but I've always found their prices to be fair. I've also used their pet boarding services multiple times with no complaints!

One star for discovering my dog was diabetic. Everything past that has, unfortunately, been a poor experience. I was invited in to learn how to use the glucose monitor I purchased for my dog at the recommendation of Dr. Biddle, however, Dr. Biddle said I probably knew how to use it better than he did. I was just told to start at 4 units twice per day and check his blood sugar and make my own adjustments. I eventually made a second appointment with Dr. Glass who was able to explain things slightly better and gave me a sliding scale for insulin administration, no recommendations for follow-up for glucose curves or lab work which I later found out is standard from another vet. Fast forward 4 months and I attempted to board my dog with them. I was quoted $530-$575 twice over the phone for his stay in which we went over all pricing/med administration/play time, etc. I booked weeks in a advance and even followed up to double check pricing. On the day of drop off I was notified that there was no record of that quote and I would be charged $835-$875. I questioned that much of an increase and was told there was nothing to do about it and if I didn't like it I could take him somewhere else. I asked the front staff at least be educated so this doesn't happen to anyone else. I was then called and told that my dog is no longer welcome to board there. Did I lose my temper a little bit when Casey was rude to me after my price had increased by almost $300 that I so diligently checked more than once? Sure. I'm not perfect. But I don't think it was handled well in their end either.

These people recognize emergencies and can operate accordingly. Dr. Biddle is an awesome veterinarian who tries his best to explain everything and leaves no diagnostic stone unturned. This is a very professionally managed facility.

Ok for emergencies but be prepared for less than acceptable customer service. I had to call 5 times and still never received any information. It was after arriving in person that I could get any answers and even then the office manager Judy and the Dr on call Glass were very unprofessional. in the past I have only interacted with Dr. Biddle. He is very compassionate and helpful. Courtney at the office was also helpful. I am basing my review on the latest interactions with Dr. Glass and the Office Manager Judy. It was very disappointing and discomforting.
