I came in around 2:00pm and they were extremely busy, there was 8 people in front of me and that many walking in behind me. Both tellers were extremely nice and had made it to me within 5 minutes. Very efficient and friendly staff!

Lines are hit or miss, just like every post office. Idiots on here mad at workers in the annex for losing mail they've never seen. I ship out from here so much they're tired of seeing me and I get great service, always happy to do their job as efficiently as possible. James is a beast.

I had to renew my passport by mail and was concerned about not having an appointment to fill out all the paperwork, but Kim volunteered to look over everything to make sure I had everything I needed and then exceeded my expectations in helping me get everything set and sent out!

3/16/21: Extremely rude staff. Staff is ignorant of procedures. Staff pulled mask down to speak to me, breathing in my face. I reported the issue to the main postal office via email.Update: 3/18/21This branch delivered my package to the house next door and placed it out in the rain. The package was soaking wet by the time I got home. My residence has a carport and the package would have been safe there. This was more than likely retaliation for my previous review.

I just wanted to give "kudos" to the Mayfield post office. I was having trouble of people stealing packages from my mailbox and the post office came up with a plan to help me avoid that. USPS (Mayfield, KY) is awesome in my book and I hope you all keep up the good work! THANK YOU for the extra steps to make sure my mail and packages arrive to me safely!

Had wrong address by accident on some Christmas packages, didn't know until i got an email about not being able to deliver, called usps the lady was extremely kind and professional and helped me! Great service!

Mail delivery to our house is very sporadic. You never know if you are getting mail by 2 pm, 5 pm, or they just don't deliver it until days later.
