“Absolutely outstanding service. My wife and I arrived at the dealership after hours just to check out the vehicles on their lot. Ed was still there helping customers when we arrived and offered to show us the vehicles we were interested in. We told him multiple times that he didn’t have to stay late for us and that we could come back the next day. He refused every time and said it was not an issue. He stayed after hours until just before 9pm working the deal out in the best way possible for us. He set our down payment at a very fair amount and worked out our interest rates and payments in a way that suited our family best. He’s a very professional person and we are more than satisfied with the service he provided. The vehicle we left with had low miles and was very clean and meticulously cared for but you honestly wouldn’t be able to tell by looking at the price we paid. He got us in well under book value and we couldn’t be any happier.”

The car was as described, and they kept true to their word on the trade in value of my high mileage trade in. All of the staff there were incredibly welcoming and friendly, and provided me with almost all of the filled out paperwork I would need to transfer the new title out of state (to Missouri). I had one snag at the Missouri DMV, so I reached out to Bennett Motors, and had a notarized statement in my inbox within about 15 minutes.
