We took our car in because of a sound it was making. They told us it needed new shocks and struts, and also said brake pads needed replacing. We paid around 2k for this. We got our car back, still making the same noise. We took it somewhere more reliable but farther from home. It turns out it was the transmission. We can't afford to fix it now or start paying on another car because Plaza Tire ripped us off by charging us for fixes on the car that were unnecessary and pointless. If you don't know a lot about cars, do not take your car here. They will take advantage of you. They have left us in a very bad position because of their dishonesty.

Scheduled appointment for a Saturday for tires, brakes, and alignment. Found out we didn't need front brakes and they told us instead of just doing it. That was wonderful that they didn't just do it. They are very honest. We had them do the brake fluid which they recommended because we had the back brakes done prior to here and it wasn't done. That person was the one who told us we needed front brakes and was going to come back to do them. We didn't need them thanks to Plaza tire telling us so we would have spent money not needing to. Plaza also found a light out and fixed that. I had a wonderful experience with them and will definitely be back. Also we were out in about 3hrs.

Came in with a flat tire needing a tire repair but due to the age of the tires was unable to get it repaired. Keith was fantastic Show me some options of what I could do so I decided to get a full set. Customer service was great and was able to be in and out in a little over an hour! These guys definitely do a great job and know what they're doing.

Now this place was on the ball!!! I needed 8 trailer tires and they squeezed me in on a Saturday Alex and his team were fast and professional and actually finished before I knew it. I'd bring all my business to them!!

I had ordered some tires for a bmw as well as scheduled an appoint prior to actually visiting the store. When I arrived the tires I had ordered either didn’t get ordered or didn’t make it on the delivery truck. The staff that was on shift that day made a bad experience and good one by getting me a tire they actually had in stock and apologized for the situation. Life happens and I understand mistakes do as well. The level of professionalism these folks had was pretty awesome. I will be continuing to purchase my vehicles tires from them. Thank you guys for great customer service
