Several years ago, I went to the one store in Mayfield, Ky. Now the lazy crew is there from another O'Reilly Auto Parts a good way from there. I wasn't helped or spoke except come back. Lol! Right!

Had previously called to see about setting up a commercial account, had not heard anything back so while in town picking up parts at another parts store I swung into O'Reilly Auto Parts to pick up something I had forget to get at the other store. They did not have the product which was fine, while there I spoke to the guys behind the counter about a couple of things and asked about a Commercial account, the we talked, he said the guy in charge of commercial accounts was out at the moment so he took my name and number and said he would have him call me, 2 or 3 weeks later and still nothing. I think I will go to Paducah and see if they are any better.
