Propane was ordered and prepaid 12/15. Supposed to be delivered 12/22 and it wasn’t. Called yesterday and they charged a $300 emergency delivery fee (HIGHWAY ROBBERY) with guarantee delivery within 24 hours. Has not been delivered. Talked to them at 3:46 today and guaranteed a call from driver by 5:00 and said to call back if they hadn’t. I called back at 5:01 and they were closed ????. Person I talked to said they deliver until 6:00 ???? and it’s 7:19. Still no call from driver and tank ran out 2 nights ago.

This is the worst company imaginable. One of the major problems is the customer service department. It is impossible to talk directly with any one in the company. The problem I have started 7 months ago. The gas was paid for, but never delivered. I finally changes companies and now i am fighting yo get my money back. Is it possible ti give no stars? Negative stars?

Spent over $700 for an leak test and 300 gallons of gas only to find out they lied qbout the leak test and i lost my heat in the middle of winter. These incompetent and lazy people dont deserve any business at all. Disgraceful liars and thieves.

Do NOT use this company! I ordered gas a week ago and was told someone would be here Monday to fill my tank. No one came. I called and they put me in a queue for my gas to come that day and it never came. It is now 4 days after they were supposed to come and I have no heat. There is currently an ice storm in my area and the high is 20 degrees and I still have no heat. And on top of all that, since my gas tank is under 5%, they are charging me $64 for a leak check when it would have been above 5% if they would have come on the day they said they would be here! Not to mention their prices are higher than anywhere else I’ve seen but yet they can’t even provide the gas. My gas has been paid for for over a week now and no one has come to give me my gas. Definitely switching to a different company as soon as possible. Would give -5 stars if possible.

CALLED TO GET A GAS QOUTE WAS TOLD THEY WOULD NOT GIVE ME A PRICE UNTIL I PROVED OWNERSHIP OF THE TANK. I SAID SIR I DIDNT ASK YOU TO FILL THE TANK JUST ASKONG THE PRICE OF GAS HE STATED YOUR NOT GETTING A PRICE UNTIL YOU PROVE YOU OWN THE TANK I SAID FORGET IT AND CALLED GRAVES COUNTY PROPANE. WHAT A JERK!!!

My mother ordered gas over a week ago and it's going to be 20° tonight and they have still not delivered!!! She is in her 70S and has no heat!!!!! This is unacceptable !!!!

Absolutely do not wait until you are low on propane. They tell you that they will deliver within 5 business days but never do!
