While driving through the Land Between the Lakes in KY, our camper got a flat tire. We were able to change it, and when we pulled into Castleman Tire to purchase replacement tires, they were immediately on it. It looked like a NASCAR pit stop. Service is top notch and prices were reasonable. In and out in about a half hour.

What a great tire shop I called last minute needing 4 tires and rims exchanged on our camper. They said come on in and we will get it done for you. The technician was fast and very personalble. Thank you Castle tire for the very fast service. I highly recommend going to Castle Tire.

I got a flat on a road trip. CASTLEMAN was able to find the tires I needed and install in short time and at a reasonable price. Thanks to the kind and knowledgeable people at CASTLEMAN what could have been a disaster was a minor inconvenience.

Tried getting an alignment done yesterday. My husband called to try and make an appointment and was told they dont take appointments we could come in after 1230 to have it done. we showed up at like 1240 waited 2 and half hours after we was told about an hour into the wait they had our truck in the alignment bay so it shouldn't be much longer. but really after 2 n half hours we was lied to and they hadn't touched our truck. and we had to leave to get our kids without what we was told was started an hour and half before we actually left.

Nice atmosphere, guys work hard, with one break. They do a amazing job and their mechanic has always made sure, i was safe to drive and he always assures me im safe. Never had a issue. Parking is a little crazy due to amount of vehicles.

They were able to mount my tires, which are larger than some (and I've found that not all shops can do this). They were friendly and the service was completed quickly, with a follow-up call to let me know when they were done. Will definitely use them again when needed in the future!

worst service ever , I call to see if they have the tires I needed it they say YES we do, he gave me the price , and when my dad took the car no even 10 min after the call , they gave him the total and everything he waited 2 30 hrs for them to tell him they don't have it but they had the expensive ones. It looked like they were trying to trick him. we ended up with no service and the worst customer service like it was our fault.
