“Update: The manager reached out and got me in a more appropriate vehicle. She was very helpful and friendly so I’m changing to 5 stars.I placed an online order for a premium car, but regrettably received a car of a lower tier. Despite promptly calling to request an exchange for the vehicle I initially desired, I was informed that I would receive a response by 2 PM yesterday, which unfortunately never occurred. Given my responsibilities as a registered nurse serving 16 counties and the fact that I have three children, a better car is imperative as I often work out of it. It's disheartening to recount the disappointing customer service I've experienced, coupled with a blatant unfulfilled promise. As my patients and families often value my recommendations, I regret that I cannot endorse this establishment and will be a spokesperson of such.”

“Rented a car from here and my own car died in the parking lot when I went to pick it up. The workers there dropped what they were doing to try and help me get my car started back up. Super nice people, and they have the best prices for rentals out of anywhere in the area that I could find. Would highly recommend renting with them.”
