I don't remember the tow truck driver's name but he has towed my mom's car (hybrid Malibu with the electric problem) so much that he remembered details I didn't think he would. Awesome guy. When I called the girl at the reception who answered told me the driver was supposed busy that he might not make it to me but then he called us later that night and asked if we still needed him and he was there in 10 minutes.

A friend of mine ran out of gas, and my vehicle was impounded before gas was brought back to it. Burls let me make a payment plan. And even worked with me on the total price. Front desk worker was very polite and knowledgeable

Hit my first deer! Messed up my radiator, lost fluids. Burls came promptly and took my car home so i could unload it. Great service!
