I called yesterday and in 24 hrs flat they showed up and had me filled!The man who delivered it was very nice and professional. Talked to me, shook my hand a couple times, and was very courteous like I’ve knew him my entire life.Great Experience 11/10 in my opinion!

New to propane - always been in town on natural gas… Ran myself out on the weekend when it was 10 degrees! My previous fill up company does not have a weekend service, called 2 others that told me they couldn’t help me because I wasn’t a previous customer … Brad fromBlue River answered and was there 4 hours later to fill up my tank. Super kind and knowledgeable guy. Very thankful for him and Blue River customer service.

I am a brand new customer and needed gas after getting terrible service from a national company that I will not identify. I called this morning at 8 and the young lady I spoke to was wonderful. She quoted me a price, scheduled a delivery and took payment all in the same call. She even worked me in today because I was so low. I actually had a delivery today. The driver was great. This kind of customer service is why I will continue to be a customer.Blue River is just one more reason to do business locally.

From the first phone call and fill up one year ago till now it has been nothing but excellent customer service and complete transparency. Good honest local people to talk to you, delivery in days not weeks or months, same pricing for new and old customers which is HUGE! Nothing worse than being told you have to pay more than a new customer and that's not the case with Blue River! The manager is amazing, she was a one woman show in the beginning and still took the time to treat new customers like family. I never have to worry that I'll call and get a call center in another state (or country) and that means a lot. Locals know locals and I love supporting this new business in our area. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Absolutely wonderful. Friendly, accommodating, and willing to go that extra to help. After waiting a month for another company and told it would still be 2 weeks. Blue River was out the same day when they knew I was without heat. Same day service is virtually unheard of these days. Thank you ever so much.

Exceptional! I was having a hell of a time with another company, who I will not mention here, so I called Blue River and the VERY NEXT DAY they were out, filled my tank, and the driver was extremely friendly. I really appreciate fast and friendly service. Thank you. Customer for life here.
