“While driving through the Land Between the Lakes in KY, our camper got a flat tire. We were able to change it, and when we pulled into Castleman Tire to purchase replacement tires, they were immediately on it. It looked like a NASCAR pit stop. Service is top notch and prices were reasonable. In and out in about a half hour.”

“I had gotten to the first stop light. I heard what I knew either I hit something or a tire was whooping! I got out, and I saw a part of a heavy-duty blade in tread! Another driver told me that (Captain Obvious) there was something in my tire! I saw it and used the bypass to the first tire place, Bailey's Tire Service. I asked a nice man to please check on my left rear tire that I saw a blade in it. My tire was not cut, nor was it losing any air! He had me to slowly back up, and he checked on the tire pressure again! He wouldn't allow me to pay for his help! They gained a happy person for new business! 5 Stars is not adequate, to say the least! I will be back when I need anything to do with my tires!”

“Scheduled appointment for a Saturday for tires, brakes, and alignment. Found out we didn't need front brakes and they told us instead of just doing it. That was wonderful that they didn't just do it. They are very honest. We had them do the brake fluid which they recommended because we had the back brakes done prior to here and it wasn't done. That person was the one who told us we needed front brakes and was going to come back to do them. We didn't need them thanks to Plaza tire telling us so we would have spent money not needing to. Plaza also found a light out and fixed that. I had a wonderful experience with them and will definitely be back. Also we were out in about 3hrs.”
“Needed my exhaust replaced from the cadalidic converter back, and they got it done the next day for less than I thought it would cost, they also stand behind their work and guarantee it for a while. Haven't had any problems with them, need my car looked at again for engine issues and I plan on taking it them again!”

Update: with all the good being said previously,, now for the shitty part. Delivered the truck to my house which is nice, but I only got one key. Never was I told the vehicle only had one key. Said they could get me one, now 3 months later and numerous TX back and forth still no key!!!!!!!”
