Not a happy customer. In comparison they fail horribly. When I moved my things from a unit in a urban area in Georgia to AAA in rural Kentucky I rented the same size unit. Only it did not offer electricity, a gate, nor the top of the line security offered in Georgia. And yet I pay double the monthly amount. I will be moving my items asap.

I opened my unit and mice were everywhere ended up having to throw away almost 2grand in furniture not to include the price of deer mounts and other things i would never recommend this place

I've been dealing with them for over a year now and everything's always been perfect. I moved a few months ago and needed to upgrade my storage unit so they rented me a truck and upgraded my storage unit to a bigger one and it was so easy and they even cut me a break on the price of the upgrade. Whenever I do go into pay my bill the women are always friendly and cut up with me. I love people that have sense of humor because I'm a joker and they always tolerate my tasteless jokes and weird conversations.
