First, and this is important, they answer the phone. That's huge right there. I can't get anyone else on the phone. She answered and once she did she has my business permanently. She's kind and knowledgeable. Knew exactly what I was looking for. Made suggestions and got me taken care of so quick it was amazing. I suggest ignore the others and call Blossom Basket. Because an actual human answers and helps you. How amazing is that? Plus they offer beautiful products. So happy I found them.

I called a few places for same day delivery for a relatives funeral, Blossom was my third call to a local florist near the funeral home. I spoke with a lady named Crystal, she is AMAZING and KIND and most of all has PATIENCE! I am in Northern Ohio and its hard when you care what you are sending, not just calling and saying “here is some money do whatever” so it looks good i sent something Attitude! Which is how i felt another place wanted me to do And shut up! BUT when it is your loved one and you truly want something beautiful, Crystal from Blossom is who you want at the other end of your call!! She went over and beyond, even after the phone call, to make sure everything was perfect! I went with a memorial blanket, i love how Crystal put a bow on it with some greenery ❤️

I have seen pics of flowers ordered for Keith Ramsey funeral and saw responses made by Blossm Basket to the daughter who was not satisfied with the live flowers delivered. I am absolutely astonished by the argumentative stance taken by the proprietor of the establishment!! I have bought flowers there many times but will refrain from ever buying in the future!!

I would definitely recommend going with Blossom Basket as soon as I showed her a picture of what I wanted she assured me that’s what they would do and I didn’t have to worry about a thing. They definitely delivered it was the most beautiful bouquet I’ve ever seen! I cannot thank them enough for my wedding bouquet! Thank you all so so much

Would highly recommend this florist! I’m located in another county and just had to make one phone call to place my order and have it delivered the very next day. Exceptional customer service and the owner was a delight to work with! Will definitely order from here again!
