“Our fridge went out two days ago and we were forced to make a rushed purchase. Decided to get a new stove as well and we needed it quickly, so I went to Johnson’s yesterday and Mr. Bobby helped me find exactly what I needed. They were able to schedule delivery and installation for the very next day (today) and the installation guys were great! Alex and Corey I think? Arrived earlier than the estimated delivery time (any time I’ve dealt with lowes or other big box stores they are either hours late or just don’t show up at all) they got my old appliances out and had the new ones installed, leveled and running in less than 2 hours. Removed all the labels for me and cleaned the appliances before they left. Answered any questions I had and went over all manuals to make sure I knew how to access and use all the new features and settings.
