The pharmacist Ashley Yancy is very rude and unprofessional She is horrible to customers. She likes to belittle people and try to override the Dr's. We have changed pharmacy do to her and cvs corporate has been notified. It's ridiculous how she thinks she can treat people!!!

Last time I went to this CVS the chunky pharmacist with short hair was the rudest unprofessional person I have encounter in a long while. Futhermore I remember when I could call a business and talk with a person. This automated stuff is for the birds .

People working there tend to go out of their way to be rude. They close up shop early. If the insurance didn’t require CVS if available, I would go elsewhere.

Will never go to this CVS again!!!! The Yancy girl pharmacist is one if the rudest people EVER!!! I’ve heard lots of other people complain about her too. She was a real smart iliac and was very disrespectful to me and my husband today. I cannot believe the way we were treated by her. If they don’t get rid of her, I’d say she will run a lot more people off too!!! I will definitely make sure to spread the word of the experience we had today with her!!!!

Won’t be getting my business anymore. Choose elsewhere if you want courteous people. These people don’t care if you get your medicine or not. They’d sooner not have to deal with you.

Being a Type 1 diabetic, getting my insulin in a timely manor is a must. I called for a refill and was told they would order it and it would be there next morning. Went by the next day, no insulin. Went by 2 days after initial call, no insulin they had to order it. Three days later when I called to check on my insulin was told to find another pharmacy that had it and have them call Cvs. Needless to say, I am no longer a customer at CVS and took my business elsewhere.

Located in a small strip center east of downtown Marion--on the Sturgis Highway. Full serve pharmacy. Weekly ads with specials which can be a real assset in a small town.
