This store was very clean, had a good variety, and the cashier was super friendly! I think the store needs to be a little bigger for all the stock that it carries, but it was set up to where you could move around despite it being cramped.

I found some really good deals especially on chlorine at 3 dollars a gallon. The staff was very helpful and the checkout line was moving faster than usual so whatever Walmart is doing keep it up! It sure is nice to get in and get out in a reasonable time!

The store is great and recently upgraded to make things more easy and fast but on the day that Manchester was busy with school enrollment they only had two lanes open and lines of customer's backed all the way to the lawn and garden department before they would open another register this is just unnecessary and uncalled. For Walmart should hold keep up the reputation of fast and simple but no not in this town always slow and they say let them wait well people have life's and I know what time my daughter and I stood in line we could have drove to London and got what we was waiting to buy and been on the parkway back before we got to the register come on Walmart y'all can do better that why I had to post this review

I used to love this Walmart before they started being strict over their phones. ?? If one person says they will exchange it than the manager says they can't and leaves a girl crying because she smarts off to you after you tell them what other people tell you and they knew the date and everything as long as it's not over 30 days I get there wait 30 mins on the manager and she says I don't care what they say! They can't say more than we can up here at that service desk.... This Walmart I loved but now I refuse ?? should be ashamed how they do customers.. smh do better Walmart

Always overcrowded and they keep moving things around at the one in London but I don't do alot of shopping there , I'd rather shop kroger or IGA

They will have sales and if the price don't ring up they not honor the item even if the manger goes looks at the price and verifies it's on sale goes to talk to the cashier that called me a liar and to find out his girlfriend was the cashier and wouldn't make her sell us the item at the discount price that was listed and said I had to leave the store I was trespassing and would call the law then wants to hide behind 4 of his workers for talking tough threatening me to leave. That's the manger that works on Sunday evening in Manchester KY. And wouldn't give up his name.

Need to open check out lines. No reason for 9 people waiting in one checkout line! Especially with so many associates standing around talking and laughing with each other.
