Went yesterday really needing help with my account. The teller was really nice and tried to help me, but I needed a banker. The only available banker refused to help me because she needed to "catch up on calls." When I left the banker, a woman with short hair in a long dress, was chatting with a colleague. I am not happy with my experience at all.
