Mr. Delbert Smith has owned and ran a fine pawn shop here in Manchester for years. I believe that Mr. Smith and/or his family tend to give the client the best deal possible; which is why D & J has been an asset to this community for probably 40 years. In addition, anyone planning a vacation in the Middle East should try to arrange a seminar with Mr. Delbert Smith; he can and will out-haggle anyone. There's not a rug merchant or used car dealer that stands a chance.
