Woodson Asher completed a very detailed and comprehensive inspection that gave us the additional information necessary to make the right decision concerning the purchase of a home. Woody was very detailed and presented us with a thorough inspection. He was willing to answer any questions, and was very quick to send reports. Would absolutely recommend!update 9/17/2019Thankfully, due to Woody's inspection on the initial house we looked at, we were able to make the smart choice of pulling out on what would have been a bad decision. My wife and I decided on another house in the same area, and without question, we knew to use Assured Home Inspection Services. Once again, Woody's hospitality, punctuality, attention to detail, and decent pricing, gave me absolute piece of mind in going forward in purchasing my new home. Assured Home Inspection was great Woodson Asher the man that did my home inspection did a through job and answered every question that we had at the time and said if we did have any more question to call. I would recommend them to any one.

Woodson Asher, Winchester KY, did am amazing inspection on the home I am looking at buying. Yes it takes longer than a normal inspector, but it is well worth it. His thoroughness, the use of the thermal camera and the time he took to explain everything are worth it. His price was right on with other inspectors, but The others did not offer a buy back guarantee, or the Thermal camera. I highly recommend!!!
