It’s been weeks since we talked to the owner about getting our car fixed! He said it will be approximately middle of next week.(3weeks) not even a call back.Two weeks ago I left a voicemail and still nothing. Our car is fixed now all it needed was a flush. Sad ? people can’t even return a phone call.

A has rebuilt 4 transmissions and a transfer case for me! I have worked on my own vehicles for a long time, started out because I had too. Then it was hard to find someone I could trust! I trust A Wells to do a great job and is honest about the work he does! When I was having transfer case issues HE was the only one that knew, and immediately. I would highly recommend A Wells to anyone looking for service that needs to be done!!Service: Transmission

On our Christmas drive from Michigan to Texas to see our daughter, our 2015 Buick stopped going forward as we were exiting the highway, free rolling in reverse down the exit ramp. Really frightening experience days before the holiday. We made multiple calls for help and A Wells was the ONLY person who actually offered to try and help us. He had plenty of opportunity to price gouge or take advantage of our misfortune but he did NOT do that. He was more than kind and more than reasonable. We are truly grateful for this wonderful mechanic/shop. Based on our personal experience, we highly recommend A Wells, 12151 N Jackson Hwy, Magnolia, KY 42757. He did a great job replacing my air conditioning compressor and replacing the other air conditioning parts such as a dryer part, a expansion valve, R-134 freon, the oil needed to go in conpressor. He even had to do the entire job twice because napa sold us a remanufactured compressor that was faulty so he had to disassemble and redo the entire job a second time around and he still managed to get the job done in 2 days and on schedule. I did have a difficult time initially getting in contact with him by phone and I ended up going by there in person. I think he has so much work that he doesn't have to worry with checking the phone every 3 days. Once again, hes a good mechanic and I believe a honest one.
