Garbage pharmacy staff who cannot do the most basic thing like confirm if the medication they have is generic or name brand. I called and ask if they have my medication in stock, the pharmacist HERSELF asked if I wanted name-brand or generic, and I confirmed generic. She said yes, they have it. Later after my doctor sent the the prescription I called to see when it would be done. The SAME pharmacist then says the prescription is for generic and they only have name-brand, and it's $100!! I told her several times that SHE confirmed with me 30 minutes prior that they have generic, she just said "umm, sorry..." and then she hangs up on me! AND this isn't the first time this has happened! I've literally had three different pharmacist there tell me different things about my medication in the same day! They are completely incoherent, unprofessional, and have no clue what they are doing and the guy with glasses and hair that looks like a mop looks, talks and acts like he's doing me a favor and could care less. In the all the pharmacies I have been too in half a dozen towns and states, this is the absolute worst staff I have ever had the displeasure to get prescriptions from.

I have been waiting almost a month for my insulin and I keep getting the run around. First they blamed it on my doctor then it's the insurance. Now they're saying it's still being processed. They are the worst

The pharmacy staff were kind and so was the pharmacist.But I recieved my first covid shot August 26 and almost had to go to the hospital.I will not get a second shot.

The actual store is great. However, we will not be going here anymore due to how absolutely terrible the pharmacy is. They are just as bad as Kroger Pharmacy. They changed their hours so that they aren’t open on Sunday and close at 6. We went today at 3 pm to try and get my husbands medicine and lo and behold the pharmacy is ONCE AGAIN closed. They screw up my daughters prescription every month. Their online refill does not work half the time. Their employees are rude and slow. I’m not even sure how half the pharmacies in this town stay open. Especially, Walgreens and Kroger.

Service sucks! Refused to wait on me at the pharmacy window ( even though I knew exactly what cold medicine was needed) and the sign says you can buy it at the window!
