Received a letter returned to me with a label on it stating "RETURN TO SENDER NO SUCH NUMBER" This number is a Church and there Is Delivery there....no phone answered at the Post Office and each call the phone rings about 50 times then goes to "busy"...same thing with each call...no response...What ind of service is this anyway??

Unfriendly staff. Poor service. Mail rates for packages are ridiculous. They should just go under and allow the private sector to take over.

They have the ringer turned off to their phone. You cant even call and ask a simple question. If you need anything you have to drive down there. Pretty bad.

Horrible customer service and the agent talked down to me and asked me questions about my product without informing me what the questions were for. I had to spend 5 minutes explaining what an ssd was because the woman talking on the phone said I had to inform her the nature of the product so they could track it and at the conclusion of the questions she informed me she was unable to help me and I would need to call the distributor. Upon calling the distributor the problem was resolved in 30 seconds. A stark contrast to the 20 minutes phone call with the postal service.

I had an issue with a package not being delivered today so I attempted to call. After trying for almost 2 hours and no one answering the phone I contacted the seller and got a refund. UPS will be my only delivery method from now on!!! Poor customer service when no one answers the phone for 2 solid hours!

Zero stars. My expensive package was delivered to the wrong house & I have called but no one seems to care about finding it in a timely manner. Gotta call 10+ times to get anyone to answer.

They lost two orders which were due to my customers. I lost money and my products. They are not taking responsibility for their mistake. ONE OF THE WORST USPS EVER!!
