“I was supposed to receive building supplies I order from Home Depot on Aug. 6th. However UPS didn't make a truck connection and moved my delivery date to Aug. 9th. This was for a job I had to do on Aug. 7th. This mistake by UPS cost me over $400 in renting a lift and paying staff. I spoke with a UPS Supervisor on Friday Aug. 6th and said all I had to do was call the UPS phone number Saturday morning and give them a reference number and they could transfer me to the Madisonville, KY facility to have my packages held their for me to pick. This was a lie. UPS had no intentions in accommodating me on Saturday morning. UPDATE: Although the UPS national answering center could not help me, I finally found a local number to the Madisonville Distribution Center. They were very friendly and had not problem pulling my order off the truck scheduled for Monday. I drove 25 miles to pick it up and was able to get the job done. The UPS National Answering Center said there was no way to contact Madisonville, because they were closed. Good thing I kept checking. I'm very pleased with the local distribution center. They couldn't have been more helpful.”
“They are very nice and the only Complaint I have is coming an hour before my appointment or 2 hours before my appointment and we have to wait outside the cold. Besides that they have wonderful people working there”
