These people aren't very friendly. They're so dull I wonder if they have actually people to go home to. They look so sad all the time. At least they could smile every once in a while. Thier prices are high on all kinds of stuff but they're no different than any other store. Even the gas station down the street are even higher.

Favorite grocery store. Ultra kind staff. Love the small supermarket, it is the last of it's kind in our city.They have kept the core staff of workers for many years, that should tell you something.Market Place is it's mean big sister (meaning they are owned by the same corporation). Sureway should have the same exact prices as Market Place or at least let you price match that store since it is the same company. Shame on Food Giant for making their store compete with each other.

Went in to get coffee creamer WOW almost $8.00 for International Delight .What cow did they have to milk that it costed $8.00 and a gallon of milk was almost $4.00 which is ok but the creamer ?

I have been buying Sureway chicken now for 10 years. I order anywhere from 12 to 150 pieces, depending on occasion. I have only had one bad encounter which was about 5 years ago. But what I experienced yesterday was so disappointing. 2 weeks ago I placed a order for our mother's day pitch in at work. The day its time to pick up they said there was no order for me. I know I spoke with a woman 2 times about my order so I know it was placed. Instead of trying to show customer service the person in the deli was very rude and even hung up on me. Mind you this is a pitch in for a multi millions restaurant for mother's day. He left me with no option to accommodate me for their mistake. I can tell it's a new crew back there and they are very disrespectful I did call the Sure way on 2nd street and THANK GOD FOR RACHEL. She was so sweet and understanding. She was able to get us our 150 piece order fulfilled without any problem! I wanted to tip her and she wouldn't take it. Just want to say shame on you Sureway on Watson lane. You have lost a loyal customer. And you deserve no stars! Rachel you rock and deserve a pat on the back for helping us out when we were looking to be totally screwed!

I am absolutely disgusted by their business practice. My wife went in there for one thing and no one is wearing masks. She left and called the manager who informed her that they do not have to make people wear masks despite a mandate. A business in Kentucky was just shut down for covid violations so hopefully sureway is next. I have 3 family members with covid one of whom is on a ventilator and my wife is high risk. How dare you not protect your customers during a pandemic. I'll never shop there again for anything ever and I encourage everyone else to do the same.

Great customer service personnel. Always on top of their job. The isles are always clean. Clutter free. They have a display table at the back left side of the store in the isle with sale or last chance items in it. Gives the customers a better and less crowded opportunity to see everything they may want. Keep up the GREAT JOB MADISONVILLE SUREWAY.

Ok place to get groceries, I would not rate it as well if it were not for the deli. They have the best fried chicken and potato wedges anywhere, including all national chains, and you can get 8 pcs. chicken and 12 potato wedges for under $10.
