Honest, straightforward, upfront, respectful. My car is brand new, still under warranty, with only 3,000 miles on it, but the Nissan dealer can’t look at my car until the end of next week. Rick did take time of out his day to test drive my car and give me peace of mind that my car is safe to continue traveling.
