"We're closing in 5 minutes"....... 40 minutes before listed closing.....
.... and if you're going to talk trash about customers, make sure you can't be over heard.
Shame on you.

I’m still in shock as I write this, I just left this store & have never heard 2 workers talk like these 2 were. When I was walking in one of them said I thought you were gonna run these people off, & the other replied trust me I’m trying my hardest! I was in there an hour & half before closing time. They continued to complain & talk about (not in a positive way) about the customers in the store. A lady & her 2 children were shopping, & the 2 kids were not doing anything out of the way they were talking & giggling sometimes a little loud but I’d rather listen to that all day, than listen to these 2 workers for 2 minutes. They were saying how unruly the kids were being & how they wished it was like old times, when kids did what they were told & had respect for elders!!!! The lady checked out & apparently she had a nose piercing, they talked about how disgusting that was & how it makes people trashy!!!I had to double check when I walked out the door to make sure I was at the Salvation Army, because I’d always thought it was a place of love & there moral code was : compassion uplifting brave & uplifting? Well if so Ms Peggy & her coworker missed that lesson! I’m totally disappointed

I thrift pick every time i come to town to visit family. This place is tiny and a little rickety but i can't tell you how many times I've found an AWESOME piece in this place. A hole in the wall treasure
