Justin and Bobby delivered my couch today and let me just say, they went above and beyond to get my couch in and made sure I was happy!! The couch was too big so the guys took my back sliding door off, finally got the couch in, and put everything back in place!! Excellent customer service!! Highly recommend!! Thanks again guys!!

The most unprofessional management I have ever seen. Gave me a dirty broke washer on Friday couldnt replace it till Monday. Never apoligized for there mistake or tried to compensate. I called them this morning to have them come pick up the replacement, haven't heard back. It will be outside when ever they decide to come get it.

Payed for the product and filled out the paperwork but was never delivered. Then magically everything needs to be filled out again or no delivery. This place is playing games. About to ask for a refund and go somewhere else

We was late on our bill. My husband & I our busy people we sometimes forget to call to set up an arrangement. Well my husband gets paid in two days, I could have the full payment to them. Instead of letting us get a 2 day break until he got paid & let us keep it. They just had to take it. I have rented stuff from other places & have never had this much trouble when it came to being late on a payment. Not only that they like to beat down your door like they are the police or something. After I pay off what I owe I will never do business with them again. If I didn’t have so much already paid into it I would just get it else where.
