I'd give a negative zero if I could. Went in and there was a clearance section I rummaged through. Found a bit they marked down for $0.02. Went up to the cashier and she took it, claimed it was donated and refused to let me buy it. I used to spend thousands a month there. I will never ever go to a Lowe's again in my life. Fuck you.

I do a lot of business with this Lowes. They have the best selection of materials and supplies in the area. They offer veteran discounts. Their return policy is wonderful. I find that the employees are very helpful and knowledgeable. The garden center is hit or miss. You need to shop early to get the better selection.

This is by far the worst Lowe's I have ever been to in my entire life. If you are going in, buy what you need, & leave, it's just like any Lowe's you have ever been to anywhere. Generic, basic, & just a place to hold tools until ready for purchase. However, if you decide to have anything installed (carpet, toilet, sink, cabinets, etc.), your services will never come. I have been waiting over a month for a toilet to be delivered and installed only to find out there is no professional to install toilets. Family members have waited two months or longer for carpet installation. I had been warned several times but didn't realize that the errors were caused by terrible technology where Lowe's is so outdated that it's revolting. This store reflects the outdated tech for any regional managers reading this. Take this to your HQ because the experience with the tech at this store alone is enough to make me quit using Lowe's entirely in the future. Go to any hardware store but this one. Drive to Owensboro, Evansville, Hopkinsville, anywhere but this Lowe's. Pick a different hardware store like Home Depot, Menard's, Ace, Do It Centers, or your local hardware, anywhere but here. And Lowe's, if you want to keep your stores alive, profitable, and thriving, UPDATE YOUR TECH!!!!!!! There is a cost, and there is this. Your experience will cost you billions in the long run, not a few thousand. And for the love of all, get security compliant on your point of sale systems and cloud services! Nobody wants to get their info stolen!!!!!

The employees know nothing. Lowe's has continued to disappoint me. Prepare to search for what you are looking for as the employees sent me on a witch hunt for a tarp. Seriously, I went for a tarp at a home improvement store just to be sent from one end to the other. Left without a tarp. Fuck em!

If I could give 0 stars I would but that's not an option. I am so unhappy with our services from Lowe's regarding siding. We ordered siding back in June. The siding was delivered 6 weeks ago and apparently is wasn't communicated the contractor so it sat in our driveway for 5 weeks. Now the contractor has started putting up the siding but say they can't finish because they don't have enough siding. They said some of the siding was bad. Could it have been because it sat untouched outside for 5 weeks? Now we are told the replacement siding won't be delivered until Dec? DECEMBER? Really?? It is supposed to rain all this weekend so they supposedly weather proofed the house. See the picture below. We are expected to be ok with our house looking like this till Dec? I know there is siding available and I know Lowe's can use their trucks to pick it up. If they want to rectify the situation, that is what we expect them to do! It shouldn't take 6 months to complete a siding job.

This is the laziest and most rude Lowe's I have ever been in. As a previous Lowe's employee myself, I am appalled at how the employees act and the condition of the store and garden center. I waited in line to check out, I was carrying a sleeping sweaty child and waited for at least four people. I approach the counter and the girl turns off her light and walks away. Did not speak a word to me. I had no idea why she just walked off. I saw the same thing happen earlier in the week. The girl had one person in line. The cashier who sent her on break said to check out the last person and go. She told the woman she had to go find another line! Another time I politely told an employee I was good did not need any help. He got offended and said "fine, I'll just leave you alone," and walked off. Another time I was trying to carry a large load of stuff out the garden center. I was struggling to move it, the workers were just standing around and would not move to let me out. I had to find another way around them carrying a large bag of Soil on my shoulder trying to push a cart out the garden center. The wood cutting machine has been turned off for months. I doubt there are any real issues with it, they just do not want to turn it on. We have been waiting months so we can get wood cut for our shelves. I wish I had other options. I generally like Lowe's.

Garden center with vegetable plants closed with 100's of dead or dying plants There are over 30 employees in this building, and yet the Garden Center is closed. I explained to one employee that the herbs just needed a drink of water and his response was "I don't care". My order was rang up wrong and I was overcharged, a fact I didn't realize until I got home a hour away. I understand the US is in "crisis mode" but proper planning for customers and management of the current goods should be managed appropriately.
