Absolutely the worst customer service of any pharmacy I have ever experienced. The DMV is much more pleasurable. Everyone in the grocery store is very helpful and accommodating. The pharmacy is the polar opposite. If my medication was available any where close, I'd rather walk there barefooted.

It was 8 a.m. Friday morning when I walked into the Island Ford Kroger. I was followed by the pharmacy staff. This caused a delay in the opening of the pharmacy which has opening hours posted at 8 AM. My husband went to check out the small amount of groceries. None of the full-service checkouts were manned. There was only one employee at the self-checkout to assist customers. One item rang up at a price different than advertised and it took the employee so long to figure out how to correct it that we left without the product. There was no one at the customer service desk to address our needs. There appears to be no sense of emergency or order. If this is a normal Friday morning at the Island Kroger here in Madisonville we will drive further to do our grocery shopping.

Highly recommend.Knowledgeable and friendly staff Bakery section is awesome. Cakes are always delicious, fresh and professionally decorated.

Unprofessional, unorganized, head pharmacist not a people person and does not do what he says he will. LONG wait lines inside and drive through. RUDE employees! Has been like this for years! Kroger can spend money on remodeling for alcohol store but not to update pharmacy ?!?! Why am I bothering with this review when NO ONE AT KROGER headquarters will ever read THIS. It’s time to transfer to another local pharmacy. In the scheme of things “who really cares”? NOT KROGER!

CVS said they can't bill Medicare Part A for a medication and part D wouldn't pay for it. I called Kroger pharmacy and the lady that answered the phone took care of it immediately and was just so nice and helpful. I wish I knew her name because she deserves special recognition.

Horrible management. Rude staff. Meds are never ready when they say they will be, even if you call 3 days ahead of time. Do yourself a favor and use Walgreens instead.

The young lady's working there are very friendly and polite, However the Pharmacist was very unprofessional. My wife had an issue and he actually tried to hide from her as the young lady was talking to him. My wife had to call Krogers home office to get her issue resolved.

Worst Pharmacy I have ever been to. I went there 4 times yesterday, after calling 3 times to make sure the BP medicine the Dr called in was ready, was told they are working on it, received a text to say its ready, Yet- it's not ready. Its the next day and its still NOT ready! They are SO slow, rude and unhelpful. Today, I am moving my entire family to another pharmacy.

I love Kroger! This is our favorite store in Madisonville, we buy a lot of whole chicken and Kroger's is the freshest. They always have great sales on meat and produce and a wide variety of items you can't find anywhere else. You can't have a great store without great people, and it's obvious how much effort everyone puts into maintaining a beautiful store. Thanks!

Be prepared to wait,then wait some more. They hardly ever answer the phone and they allow people in the drive through to wait at the window over 30 minutes for their prescriptions. I have had to explain several times about a prescription of mine that they still couldnt get correct. They're always "short handed" yet I see techs standing around literally ignoring customers. When they do wait on you they're rude. I am no longer a customer because of over five years of this mess.

Kroger pharmacy In Madisonville KY use to be the best but they have drastically declined in the past few years. They have horrible service. I have been given wrong medicine. Long waits. Rude service. After 15 plus years, we have finally switched pharmacies. Best decision ever.
