We have a farm and this is my hole familys go to . I would recommend them even if you dont have a farm . They sent me a cheak for not using my car over the covid-19 also the work with you and help find the best policy for you and your family . There prices were better than State farm , Progressive , and All state . I am very pleased with all they offer and amazed with there prices . They do have a membership fee you only pay once a year but its worth it . They have road side assentance comprenceve coverage you can get home auto farm and life all at the same place and every time I add another Truck or family member it lowers my payment insted of raising it . I am verry pleased with them .

Upon noticing that my rate went up substantially after a small fender bender costing only 2800 dollars I went to the office and approached the lady at the second desk who appeared to be very overworked and asked why my rates were raised for only one small fender bender after shuffling thru several different excuses it was apparent that it was because of the fender bender when I stated such the lady proceed to raise her voice higher and seem to be upset at my findings I politely thanked her and left It's my money and I think I have the right to know why someone is charging more for there services Also I think it is horrible that Farm bureau raises your rate after one small fender bender I have been with them for years with no claims I am now a liberty mutual customer where I am treated with respect and might I add at a far better price than the above company
