So I rented a storage unit from these people payed 6 months rental on it when I rented it called me on July 2 said payment was due on 7/1 I never received a bill on it and tells me instead of 50 its 75 because of it being a day late. I'm out of town for the 4th weekend he called again on the 3rd and said we'll now its 78$
