“A bad storm took out my entertainment center. The next day I got another TV and blu-ray player at Best buy. My big concern was how hard will it be to get another spectrum cable box. This part was very easy. All I had to do was bring in the old cable box and the remote. Then I explained that lightning took out the cable box and they gave me all new equipment free of charge. I was in the store and out within 15 minutes. Also all workers were helpful and friendly.”
