I am leaving a zero stars review management is very rude and condescending to customers food is nasty and when called out and asked for a simple remake they become very berating for it but unfortunately I have to leave one star to leave a review corporate is no better

I never have a good experience with any hucks gas stations. It's like the people are robots that have no sense of humor or polite work ethic. It doesn't matter what hucks you go to here in Madisonville or surrounding areas. All the workers generally have bad attitudes.

The store offered lots of conveniences like gas, snacks, deli chicken, and hot and cold food, The people working were very nice. They were busy, but were so helpful. Found what we were looking for and enjoyed a quick meal at our nearby hotel.

I am regular morning customer, but a breakfast item, and 2 cans of Arizona tea to start my day, WELL!!!this morning Feb 25th 2024, I walk in there was a line of customers at register, I informed the cashier I had brought my own coffee this morning, and informed her I was going to get something for breakfast and if it was ok if I can put a little sugar in my coffee, (I have a mask on), she yells “what did you say”, like I’m deaf, I said I brought my own coffee this morning if I could get some sugar from the coffee station, and I’m buying a breakfast item, and as loud as she could be, said NO WE DONT DO THAT HERE, I said I’m a paying customer a reg every day, she repeated it again. I was so embarrassed , and I could not believe how disrespectful she was and in front of all the customers. I was very polite when I asked her, however it was obvious she has absolutely NO, NONE, ZERO customer service skills, I said Oh ok and walked out. I was so humiliated and embarrassed how RUDE she was, so I called the store to speak to Manager and guess what, lol she was the MGR, I told her I was so embarrassed and humiliated in front of those customers, I told her I am a reg customer and I informed you I was going to buy breakfast and if it was ok to put some sugar in my coffee, she said well you didn’t have anything in your hands, I said that’s because I just walked in and wanted to let you know, I was a paying customer, just like all the other times before and for her to be so rude, disrespectful was embarrassing and humiliating, over putting a few packets of sugar for my coffee, she said well don’t have packets, I said does it matter, you turned away a paying customer over sugar, she said we don’t give away free sugar, I said so it’s ok to let a paying customer who was politely just asked for some sugar for her coffee, buying breakfast to leave over SUGAR!!! I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED SO RUDELY. WILL NOT EVER STOP THERE AGAIN PERIOD!!!!’

The customer service was amazing. Store was nice. Lots of variety. What was not good was paying $4.59 for a breakfast sandwich that looks like this. It's hard sometimes out here in the current situation trying to provide food for several people and the cost associated with it and this is the product we get. What you see on the left is an egg. Hard as a rock.

I went and got a pizza puff it’s looked odd and it’s tasted nasty like it had been sitting for hours and about 45 minutes later I started getting sick that was the only thing I had at in hours . It’s made me sick for almost 2 hrs now : will never go back

Why does this Hucks still have only breakfast foods at lunchtime? I go in at lunch time several times per week to get lunch but the only thing offered hot is breakfast food that has been sitting out all morning
