“Good machines, good service, unbeatable prices. We normally rent machines from our local hardware only 5 minutes away but I made the 20 minute drive to Economy bc their prices can't be beat. We rented a fully hydraulic stump grinder Saturday morning through Monday morning for $159, which was less than the cost of much smaller and less powerful grinders at other businesses. Saved us a ton of work and they were great to work with. The trailer fishtailed/swayed pretty badly at 55mph and up. Could be from bad tires but I probably should've put more weight on the hitch by backing the grinder onto the trailer. We'll be renting from Economy from now on.”
“We were able to find everything we needed, and the cost was very reasonable. I believe the Madisonville manager really tries to help us when we shop there, and that will keep me going back more than the lower price.”
“For the most part this store is great!!! But their employee (Mr. Nathaniel, long hair with a beard) was very rude!!!! I do not work at Lowes and I will not use the self checkout!!! He wanted to put his two cents in and was interrupting my exchange with the guy who was checking me out. I do not appreciate it. He is there to be a professional for the business of Lowe's; not a pessimistic person towards customers. Hopefully this will get resolved soon!!!!”
“I do a lot of business with this Lowes. They have the best selection of materials and supplies in the area. They offer veteran discounts. Their return policy is wonderful. I find that the employees are very helpful and knowledgeable. The garden center is hit or miss. You need to shop early to get the better selection.”
