Maranda is the master stylist who has always taken care of my hair needs previously but I’m 110% sure that the whole staff is spectacular! I will never go anywhere else to get my hair done. Maranda and the stylists and artists at Hadassah have my business indefinitely!! I absolutely love her and the others at Hadassah. They are all wonderful and super great at their jobs! 10/10 experience. I recommend them from the bottom of my heart to everyone!

The only reason I give this studio three stars is because I am sure most of the stylist there are great at their craft, and I don't want to hurt their business. There is one stylist I would avoid. Miranda used to cut my entire family's hair. My husband quit using her after she failed to return phone calls and then failed to show up for a scheduled appointment. I should have followed his lead. After not having had my hair cut/styled since the start of the COVID 19 pandemic shut-down, I was eager to have my hair cut and styled again. I called Miranda several times and did not receive a call back. Finally, she did return my call and set an appointment for me on Monday, June 22nd. Well guess what! I get there at 9:30 ready for a new look, and of course, Miranda was not there. My name wasn't even in the books. I told the ladies there how disappointed I was and left. Then I got mad and stuck my head in the door and told everyone in there, "I will be telling anyone who will listen that Miranda needs to get her "act" (not the word I used) together!" They threatened to call the police! I said, "Go ahead! I'm on the sidewalk!" Yes, I had waited long enough to have my hair done, and I was angry! Actually, I wouldn't even be writing this review were it not for the fact that Miranda saw fit to call my daughter, yes, my DAUGHTER, to tattle on me! My daughter, a psychologist in Nashville, was in the middle of a therapy session when she received a text from Miranda. My daughter asked if it was an emergency as I've had health problems in the past and she was afraid I may have gotten sick or something. Miranda told her yes, it was an emergency! So next my daughter interrupted her client's therapy session thinking something was horribly wrong. Nope. Nothing horrible. Miranda just wanted to "tattle" on me and tell my daughter I cursed everyone in there (I did not - she wasn't even there!!), and that she was going to get a protective order out on me! For what???!!! Promising to tell people Miranda can't keep up with her appointments?? Miranda may be a great stylist, but until she gets her act together, I will tell anyone who will listen to find somebody else. Hadassah has several good stylists, so do yourself a favor and choose one of the others. And calling my daughter to tattle on me? SO unprofessional!

Hadassah comes through!! Stephanie just gave me my favorite haircut since Paris, France July 2018. And she was so nonchalant about it. I’ve paid people 4x as much for haircuts I wish I could forget in big “fancy” cities - meanwhile yet another reason that Madisonville is what’s up is Stephanie at Hadassah. Thank you!
