I have been going here off and on for years but after my last visit I will not be returning. I got a gel mani/pedi and the pedicure was not very good. I got the deluxe pedicure and the nail tech barely massaged my feet, I honestly could’ve gotten the basic pedicure. When I went to pay the woman who did my nails kept asking me to give her more money even though I had already paid in full and gave a tip (she even brought me back my change so I did not owe more money or else she would not have given me my change back). After going back and forth awhile she finally called someone else over and he made me pay $5 extra and said I could leave. As I was leaving the nail tech got mad because I “didn’t give her a tip” even though I already did as well as pay extra money that I did not owe. It’s been about a week since I’ve gotten my nails done and almost all of my nail polish has popped off on my hands and toes and the nails that still have paint on them are chipped. Not sure what has happened to this place since the last time I was there. Used to get decent service and was worth the price.

Bad service all they way around.No one listens to what you want. 2 times in a row bad out come with nails and toes, twice nails thick and bubbly wont be back below 1 star service

Pedicure room was so dark you couldn’t even see your own feet, and only one tiny light over the technicians head for her to see your feet. Terrible experience,

Sloppy work and my nails fell off, both times i got them done, in a 2 week span, this set popped off like press on’s, won’t be going again.

Got my nails done as soon as I walked in today! I absolutely love chair one Kevin! He always does the best on my nails and always gets the color just right! If you’re wanting a more natural look I definitely recommend Kevin! Always pleased when I leave! Definitely my favorite nail salon in Madisonville, ky!!!❤️

This sincerely sucked. I spent $90 to HATE my nails entirely. Im hoping they do not take long coming off. ☹️ AWFUL. Save your money! Go out of town!

Worst nail salon in town. The guy was very rude. I wanted my acrylic nails removed and they guy there the brush at me because I told him not to put anymore on that I wanted them removed and my nails painted. Worse service I’ve ever received. They didn’t fix my nails, I had to pay them “for removing my nails” and this is how they left them. I will never use or recommend this salon. It doesn’t matter if the “owner” was out. You do not treat someone like that.
