I ordered several interior doors and an entry door. Majority of the doors came in the wrong size and they refused to do anything about it. Their idea of fixing it was they could give me some scrap wood and I could reframe the opening to fit the doors they sent. They put me off two weeks and I had no choice but to accept them. The entry door I ordered came in wrong also. I paid $1900 for the door. They claim the door manufacturer sent the wrong door, but instead of holding them accountable or stepping up to make it right they wanted me to bare the burden of just dealing with it. I returned the entry door on April 27th and still haven't received a refund. I am very disappointed and have been very patient. I got screwed out of about $300 dollars because they sent the wrong doors and had no choice but to use then anyway because they absolutely refuse to do anything about it. Would not recommend
