I was in the Madisonville location today. The 2 employees working were amazing! I have never been anywhere and had such wonderful customer service! I wish I would have gotten their names. I know the tall blonde lady also works at Cracker Barrel and the young man was so friendly and wore glasses! They were the dream team! They made my shopping experience so fun! I told my husband that I'm saving all of my bath and Bodyworks shopping for the Madisonville location from now on and I hope I run into them again! Soon!!
Definitely 2 uplifting, kind, amazing humans!

Do not buy bath and body works anymore because they are lying to their customers about their 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. They now say that if you have opened or used any portion of the product you are unable to return or exchange said product for same priced product.I tried to exchange a 3 wick candle I received to store for product for product exchange and they said that exact candle with the exact packaging would have to be in the store at this time to exchange it so tried calling customer service to see what their policy was and the person said it was because it has been more than 90 days so can't exchange and then when I told them that's not what they said in store then he said it was because it was used which still isn't what they said in store. So I will never buy bath and body works again and highly recommend that others don't as well because if you buy it as a gift for someone and they use any portion of the product and realize it makes them sick or breaks them out or whatever the reason is they will not honor their supposed 100% customer satisfaction guarantee.Shame on you bath and body works
