Store people are great but Walgreens is terrible now. If you shop there you have to clip cuopons in app before you can get the price on the tags. Aggrevating and takes so much extra time at checkout. Sorry guys

I would choose to die from whatever ails me rather than use this pharmacy. How hard is it to count medication and place them in a bottle? According to the window lickers behind the counter here it's akin to building your own rocket and landing on the moon. I wish I could give negative stars.

Was at the store around 2 in the afternoon, probably at least 4 employees working and stocking. I asked for help at the beauty counter, the employee yells out across the store. Finding out that the beauty counter lady has left because she was sick. So she says," well I guess there is no help for the beauty counter." She didn't even try to help me herself."

This pharmacy has the most rude, uneducated/untrained employees working in the pharmacy that I have ever dealt with. They want you to prepay for your Rx & take a scan code to them to speed up picking up the Rx just to have a rude employee say you can't prepay & never could. No way to talk to anyone especially when you are wrong & didn't even apologize. They leave rude messages on voice mail too. No wonder their stocks are down 75 percent. No one wants to deal with this at a pharmacy!

Update: Go to Walmart website and give them your info, Walgreens phone number, and click "transfer all prescriptions". Took 5 minutes and 48 hours later I'm happy to be picking up scripts on time and with a smile!! Also about 1/2 the cost when using GoodRX; Walgreens charged me $62 with Good RX but the same thing at Walmart is $29.Echo everyone else's thoughts. All 3 people in pharmacy hate you and hate you for coming there and giving them business; never seen such anger and from a whole dept.Take longer then forever to fill any script. When you try and pick it up you get that nasty " we will text you when done" and no thank you no bye.... How does that help me or you??After 2 years will be moving to Walmart.

Pharmacy is randomly closed, they never answer the phone, and prescriptions aren't ready even after the app says they are.

The store is great but the pharmacy well forget it find a new one ive been going to this location for 11 yrs never have i jad the troble or been treated like they have treated me this year with telling me she could not do a vacation over ride when i insisted she look for the key on the reg. oh there it is to now they have refused to fill my daugthers seizure meds because i got mad and call them iut when the med was called in the day before and i was told it would be ready go on my lunch break and they had not even ordered it its a seizure med not an asprin the one black female with the big butt and glasses talked to me like i was an idiot this has been going on gor a week now and my daugther still doesnt have her meds she takes her last dose of one of her 5 seizure meds so dont know what to do most walgreens are closed on sunday and i work 12 hrs days on monday oh they have them there but refuse to fill them because i yelled at them really they are incompetent they should all be fired 11 yrs ive been a coustomer never had 1 problem in 11 yrs but now nothing but rude liers who refuse to do there job but think they know everything and im not done im calling everyone i can think of to file a complant they sure dont need there job it might be diferent if they knew how to treat people i mean after all this is our life to some it means life or death which is our case but its my fault for getting upset with people who cant di their job so they just refuse to fill my daugthers meds oh but they filled mine the other day when i went there to pick hers up for the 3rd time but still wouldnt give me hers any suggestions anyone ?????

Just went in at 6pm, when the pharmacy hours list open til 7pm. Upon walking in the cashier so rudely informed me that the pharmacy is closed. When I asked why because the hours list open until 7pm, she replied "yeah we don't know why they are closed." What??? Really? Okay cool, so this prescription that I JUST got the notification that it's ready and effects my health, I can't actually get? Definitely looking into a different pharmacy all together. Walgreens as a whole has gone downhill at all locations and this is the last time I'll deal with this.

Although the gentleman this morning was very professional and kind.... the girl working the drive thru window ladt night was the complete opposite. She was painting her obnoxious fake nails and was clearly bothered my me interrupting her activity. She glared at me for quite sometime before and finally said hello (in an annoyed tone) my meds had been called in for quite some time and weren't ready. I was told to comeback before 7 to get them. Being sick I fell asleep and went to get them this morning only to find out they are still not ready! I was leary of using this location againbut am so sick I didnt want to drive any further than I had to and the last time I used them a pharmacist slammed the gate in my face inside the store! Once I get the medications I need I will never go back to this pharmacy! It's a shame because it is literally right across the street and it's just not worth it!

Worst Walgreens in Louisville? I wish I would have read the reviews before transferring my prescriptions here. I've been with this pharmacy for 6 months and there has been an issue every single month. Pharmacy will randomly be closed because no pharmacist is on duty. I went up there tonight and pharmacy closed at 7 (which is when I get off work). Every other Walgreens in Louisville closes at 9. If my prescription was filled yesterday when they said it would be filled, I wouldn't be having this issue today. I don't understand why this pharmacy can't get it together. No communication about medication issues.

I understand all medical staff are short handed. However, This pharmacy never answers the phone when trying to speak with them. I was on the phone for approximately 30 mins and kept getting either hung up on or putting back in que line. My daughter is on medication she is required to be on every day and every time we go to get it refilled they are always out of stock. This last time her medication was due to be refilled, they were out of stock and I was told they reordered it and it would be available by today. Come to find out from the pharmacist today when I called to check on it, they stated it was never ordered and wouldn’t be available till Monday. I’m sure I’m not the only one who’s had issues with the pharmacy but this should be addressed.

I've filled 2 scripts a month here for about a year and not once did it go smoothly. Getting excited to change pharmacies shouldn't be a thing but here I am.
