“The young lady that was working out in the lot with the plants was AWESOME! I really hate I didn't get her name, but I had a day of horrible customer service in other stores and I watched this young lady being helpful, full of joy and extremely polite to EVERYONE! This young woman and the low prices you had on you Bonnie plants is why I returned to purchase my plants. Continue to have team members like her and you'll continue to receive my business.”

“I made the visit to Walgreens today for my booster shot. Before stepping in I was wowed at the parking lot this spot has ... in the Highlands! Prime real estate for its customers and staff. Closely monitored as well. The pharmacy team was amazing. I was checked in right away alongside another customer. Upon signing a form I was taken back to another room for my shot. I was thankful to learn that if I lose my card that I can likely get another from Walgreens since all my vaccines have been there. I took a small spin around the store, which was very clean and organized. My favorite area will forever be the make up aisles - a small joy that trickles over from childhood and shopping at Walgreens with my mom. Another highlight is the card aisle and if you need a quick gift they also keep gift cards stocked. It's a great spot to print off pictures as well. Thank you Walgreens for helping me to stay healthy!”

“Thornton is a great place to fill up your car and your body. Thornton is very competitive with their fuel prices. Plus has a grill that you can buy freshly made food items. You can always depend on Thornton to have clean restrooms.”
“Originally from the Chicago area,Love the tacos and the burritos up north they are not as big .When ordering the gentleman spoke broken English and understood it as well ,you can taste everything you eat large size not a huge price .It's the only place I go if u have never been think it's time u go”

“Quick stop and continued outside after paying, to begin fueling my vehicle. Unfortunately, I had to return inside to inform that I needed 89 octane. So note: you must inform them of any octane other than 87. You must tell them that you want the other of the two grades whether it be 89 by saying "midgrade", or 92 being "premium" grade. 87 is "regular" grade. This is one of the few places in town that you must state which you wish if you pay inside. I asked other places and they look at me as if I was speaking in another language. So this is one of the very few that still requires you to state the grade if you pay INSIDE.”

“It's always been a great convenience store, but now it's even better because they have real slot machines that pay real money not stupid door prizes or merchandise. The store itself has been a Louisville staple for the specialized "items" you can't get at other stores 24/7 plus they are always well stocked with munchie food. Don't know why the bathrooms are getting such a bad rap in other reviews as I found them to be clean and tidy this evening and the clerk was nice as always. Gas is a few cents higher here always. I assume because they are on the interstate and there is no competition around at all. I don't know how they are getting away with the gambling machines but kudos to them!”

“We got 2 drinks and 2 breakfast sandwiches. My sandwich the sausage had no taste & the cheese overpowered the taste of the sandwich. They were hot just don't know how fresh that they were. You got a good portion of egg, sausage and cheese on your biscuit.”

“This is a store that makes you feel like your part of 1 huge family!! I'm ALWAYS GREETED AS SOON AS I WALK IN THE DOOR with a nice friendly smile. I always feel comfortable when walking in and not a feeling of being a bother, nuisance, or that I'm getting on anyone's nerves. The cashier's knows what I want and has my cigarette's on the counter. “I never thought that I would be writing a review for a convenience store but I feel compelled to write about this one. First, its location is primo - in the heart of St. Matthews. And while St. Matthews has a lot going on, it lacks convenience stores and/or bodegas. In addition, the owner and the employees are always super friendly and kind. More than once I have forgotten my wallet and they let me take my items anyway, knowing I will come back as a loyal customer. When they were out of their fried chicken, they fried some just for us. They have also been doing a lot of remodeling, so the place offers even more products. It's just a great little store in a convenient location.”
