Today makes like the 5th time I was refused to be given a receipt and also refused to scan another package I was sending out as I requested twice today, and each time I visit this location. I usually have no problems but with one of the ladies here just does what she wants and has no regard for the paying customer's request. I do hope the owner or someone would address this with the Hollie the worker at the counter here! I asked for my mail back as she would not provide the receipt or scan the last package and took them to the covington Scott Street post office and without issue they accepted and scanned all my packages and provided a reciept.

I look forward to stopping in our local Ludlow post office, knowing I'm going to be greeted by Holly with her big smile and lovely seasonal decorations. We're so lucky to have this service!

Worst location, if anyone has to ship anything go to Covington. USPS Needs to investigate this location. Also usps please get someone else to work this location.

Whenever I call to ask questions about shipping, Holly has always been very helpful, kind and patient.

Friendly service and always professional. None of the normal PO rudeness and nastiness. The woman who runs it is always happy and friendly.

I've used this location occasionally for many years. I wasn't always handicapped (walking problem) This place has just one tiny step, EZ to use. The people that have worked here over the past many years were always helpful and friendly.

If I could give this post office 10 stars I would! This is by far the best, friendliest and helpful Post Office I have ever been to. Thanks to the kind lady who works there. I will drive out of my way to come to this location and I live in Cincinnati.
