After the loss of our mom and grandmother, the team at Ronald B. Jones Funeral Home was so helpful in caring for us and helping us with the many details after our loss, some of which we had not considered. Despite a challenging time, we had a wonderful experience in dealing with the complexities of a significant loss. The team members were friendly and attentive, and they were truly a blessing to our family. Even after the funeral, the team provided helpful resources for our grief. We recommend the Ronald B. Jones Funeral Home enthusiastically!!

I've experienced something special with this funeral home. Not only the caring but the feeling of not being forgotten. After my family's much unfortunate events I have felt much comfort in having Ronald B Jones Funeral Home help guide me through the roughest times of my life. They don't forget about you. The funeral home has gone the extra mile of adding a Remembrance Ceremony for our loved departed ones. It really gave me comfort. The caring was meaningful. Thanks again R B Jones! This funeral home is a scam!!! Do not send your loved ones here they charged me $2500.00 to just pick up my father and send him to be cremated. Yeah you heard me right 2k+ just to be cremated!!!!!! There excuse of why it was so costly was we did spend nearly 4 hours talking to them about there services and trying to figure out the best solution for the right cost as any family would do. they gave me a layout of there services they provide with all cost included so for them to do a basic cremation its a little over 400.00 but since they picked my dads body up they charged an additional 400+ for the transportation. Cool, I'm okay with and understood that, so then my bill should've been a little over 800.00 at that point right? What it all came down too is after the end of our visit with this funeral home we decided not to use them for the layout and other additional services instead we wanted to do our own thing which is what my dad would've wanted anyways so they got upset and decided to charge us 2500.00 for a cremation and said it was because we took 4 hours of there time. Wait isn't that what a funeral home is supposed to do? Sit down talk to the families and come up with the best solution for your budget to lay your loved ones to rest? so your meaning to tell me you charged me over an additional 1500.00? Where is this coming from??? Oh and i was told if I didn't have the money in hand same day that pretty much my dad would be put in a box with a number stamped on it. WOW!!!! Not to mention my dad was long time friends with the owners of the funeral home he helped serve the community of Ludlow for 20+ years and this is how y'all do us. Absolutely no remorse, no respect was given for me and my family I will never EVER recommended this funeral home to anyone and if your reading this please keep that mind i don't care what good you hear about this company they are a f'n scam and will take you for your money!!!! My dad's expenses should've been under 900 according to your own price layout you provided me. So an extra 1500 you charged me to talk to you for 4 hours to find the best solution within my budget to lay my dad to rest. Make it make sense! I was told I didn't have another option and taken advantage of so I paid the price and only reason why I did it was for my dad but y'all knew that that's how you get people. You don't do people this way. The owner refuses to talk to me my calls were ignored for months so therefore you will be hearing from my attorney.

Could not have any better place are people too stand beside me at the lose of my beloved husband Kenneth W Deaton i and my family and friends was treated as they knew us for years they where like family at my Great loss.
