To be honest I miss my store very much I wish things didn't happen how it did. I broke my back to get that store together ❤️ ? to just watch it fall back off. I hate to hear my old customers and a 3 party contractor tell me it's not the same since I've been gone. I will love Ludlow ❤️ forever ? I hope it's get back soon. #RHONDAISMISSINGLUDLOWCOUSTOMERS

3 separate times i’ve shopped this store i have been locked out of the store for 20 minutes while the same worker is “in the bathroom” leaving customers waiting outside the store. As well as the workers being rude and store is dirty

Was in walking distance to our airbnb. Store was dirty, prices were unusually high, cashiers were rude. But it was convenient.

I come here every Thursday morning to make deliveries with my job. Store managers and employees have always been nice and kind to me. They have always gone out of their way to help.

Always late to open store ! They never answer the phone ! And also I bought a ceramic candle gift set and got home opened it and it was broke it wasn't even wrapped in bubble wrap..I took it back and the manager won't do returns EVER NO MATTER WHAT!!! She is rude.. so I advise everyone to go to covington everyone there is prompt nice and they will do returns or just let you switch out..

It’s 1 in the afternoon and the store still isn’t open the shelves are never stocked anymore,it’s been smelling like weed the last couple days, they leave one person in there all day/night by themselves while they other 2-3 people sit outside playing around this place needs shut down

Tried to call here for a week but no one would answer when I knew they were open. Finally got the chance to stop there and they ha e a phone but it has never been connected since they had some work done in there on the floors which has been quite a long time.

Nice people. A little big disorganized but overall it had the essentials and good service. Only issue I had was that using my cash app card with my Google pay app so I had to step aside and transfer some money to another physical car to get my items paid for. Not sure if it was an NFC compatibility issue but the verifone payment option seemed to not work

Do not waste your time going here. Hands down the worst employees of all time work here (barely) the door is locked 9/10 times I try to stop in. I usually wouldn’t try to come back but the only one in ludlow but have learned it’s worth the extra mile!
