“I've been with Stock Yards Bank most of my life. First in Louisville and now in Cincinnati. They combine modern techniques with old fashioned customer service. Their branches are small, and their employees take the time to get to know their customers. I don't go in terribly often but the staff always knows who I am and has a welcoming smile on their face. Even better, they waive ATM fees! Whenever I've dealt with loans or other issues, their management has always been top-notch in making sure that every detail is taken care of. They don't try to upsell me on their other products, either. Very customer focused!”

ANNETTE is another person who works there and she is very kind, generous and down to earth person who will try to help you anyway she can, she is great, she also helped me finance my home for me and always tries to help when she can. “Elastic has been a lifesaver for me. They have a calculator that automatically let you know what you will pay on the amount you borrow. They are straightforward and warn you that is an expensive line of credit. Also, a financial course is given which is very helpful. Elastic is fair and the key is to borrow only what you are able to pay back.”

“I absolutely love Huntington Bank! The staff is always friendly and helpful. I like the 24 hour grace on accidently going into a negative balance, plus they make every effort to let you know so you don't have to pay an overdraft charge. I have been a customer for 6 years and have never had an issue. I can't day the same for US Bank. I had been a customer for over 20 years and had quite a few issues with them.I guess my only problem with them is that since i moved, I no longer have a location nearby. It would be great if they put one in Campbell County.. A great location would be around Newport Pavillion or The Newport Shopping Center, because they have that new Newport Gaming spot. The places I mentioned are very high traffic areas. Huntington, please consider it. ♡”
