Edit: after consulting with friends, I was made aware that I was over charged for parts. I was charged $300 for replacing 1 ignition coil. I found that a 4 pack online was $82. He did not replace all 4. I just want anyone to be aware that if you are not very car savy, they might take advantage of your lack of knowledge.”

I’m happy with all the items they listed that are of concern, and even more so his honesty in pointing out which items are most important now versus some of the items I could hold off on a while. And to top it off some of the parts end up being a little cheaper so he charged me less than I was originally quoted. Will definitely be back!”

“I cannot say enough good things about this place! Drove down to Cincinnati today from Muncie, Indiana, to make a Facebook Marketplace purchase for my brother's birthday. After stopping at a store to make a return, I tried to restart my car and heard a loud pop and saw smoke or steam escape out from under my hood. NOT a good feeling being a female, alone, 2 hours from home. After researching online the possible problem & checking my oil & coolant reserve, I called Sumner's (after calling one other place & getting voicemail) to see if it was safe to drive back home, & Ryan answered right away, & after finding out I was far from home, said to bring it in and he would work it in. I was there 2 to 3hrs because they had to wait a long time for my engine to cool, so I was able to observe many customer interactions and services performed. All of them were professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. After much testing of my coolant system, they could not find a problem and were not going to take any money from me. In a world where dealerships and chain stores will make up a repair, not actually do it, and still charge unsuspecting victims exhorbant prices(have seen this done)...this place is a true Diamond in the Rough!!! I wish I could've left more money, but I can and will leave my Highest Recommendation! Because they didn't have to bother with me, they had many customers, they didn't have to work me in, they didn't have to say, "No charge", they could've been making more money...BUT they did! They had compassion and they cared. They took a load off of me & I had no problems driving home...and the peace of mind that gave
me....PRICELESS!!! So in return I am not only giving them a Well Deserved Shout Out, but also asking God to bless & protect Ryan, his lovely family, his employees and his life & business in every way!!!

“Great place that has been there for decades and is family owned I believe. This is the only place I’ll take my car for anything I can’t do myself, and I also buy my tires here. Owner is a super nice guy and everyone seems honest and capable. The main reason I like the garage is they won’t try to do/charge for unnecessary services like so many other places. I never have to worry about getting ripped off here. They are usually fairly busy, but that’s a good sign, right!”

I was doing what a lot of people do now, I was searching online a found one I liked at Cincinnati Cadillac, I reached out and was put in touch with a (Mr.) Brandon Ozier who guided me from first phone call, to Driving off the lot, including pre approval, to approval!! a total Professional the whole way, never pushy very Knowledgeable, returned all calls promptly......once an approval was made I headed to Cincinnati Cadillac Wow!! I was surprised to learn that this young (to me) I'm 68yrs old. This Young Black Professional was Confident and Knowledgeable, made me feel right at home, although I was from out of town.....allowed me to test drive, introduced me to the staff, everybody was smiling, (kind of busy) lol, but not to busy to smile wave and speak I have owned a few Cadillacs in my life. “Unfortunately Tom Gill Chevy was my 3rd stop looking for a truck but will be my first from now on. When we pulled in to the lot, no salesman came out which is exactly what we liked. Didn't feel like buzzards coming for a meal. We was given time to look around. Marlon walked out and introduced himself and asked if we had seen anything we liked or wanted to look at. When I explained what I was looking for, Marlon pointed me in the right direction. Short time later and a few more songs for my 3 yr old on YouTube and I was driving home in my truck. Marlon bent over backwards to get me in the truck I was looking for. Awesome dealership and extremely tolerant and understanding salesman. Thanks Marlon for all you done.

“The owner took my car for a drive to test what was wrong with it, that’s when I knew he was a great mechanic. Most just look at it and give you many different things it could be, he was able to tell me exactly what it was. He was honest with me and gave me advice of what to do and what not to do with my car. One of the mechanics also changed the fuse for my taillight and got that working. All without asking for a dime. Truly a rare shop and such a blessing to find when you’re new to an area and have no idea what to expect.”

Midas checked it out, sent me a clear explanation, with photos of what they found, even rated how high or low the need to address the issues were. They gave me a great deal on the work I needed done and kept me up to date on getting the parts in and when it would be complete. I felt very confident that they would do great work and only necessary work. They did just that. My car feels like a new car again and drives great. I highly recommend them.”

“I had to have a new gas pump and they did it about 2 weeks ago and my problem went away. I also had to get a new catalytic converter and they fixed that the very next day after it was stolen. I believe they did great for me. I'm a woman and I believe they did not take advantage.”
