I was recommended Zenger and Zenger by a friend of mine and just had them do my taxes for the first time this year. Amazing customer service, Rick and his wife were incredibly kind, my return was done very fast, and they were very helpful with explaining what was going on with my return. Highly recommend! Best tax office in Louisville. This office always answers the phone when you call and has an after hours secured drop box for convenience. I’ve filed my taxes here multiple times now and will keep coming back

It was my first time filing taxes in a few years and I'm glad i called them, I highly recommend them. Respectable people and always a good conversation, also Richard gave me a date on when I'd receive my refunds and it came in 2 weeks early. That's a first! They will surely help you out!

This was our first year going to Zenger & Young Tax Service and my husband and I could not be more pleased. Quick, efficient service while taking time to explain everything. We had initially used a software to calculate our taxes, but the result was concerning to us, so we contacted Mr. Zenger and he was able to recalculate our taxes and found some things we would not have known otherwise. We still owed some, but felt more confident in the results. Highly recommend! We'll be back next year!
