Any time that I come to this location the manager is always happy to help and the ladies are also very friendly and helpful. I love this bank and the people who work here. I have never had a problem and this iS the only bank that I go to.

I had an horrible experience with this bank, racist and they doesn’t take you seriously. They had my money stopped for 5 or 6 months because they closed my account and sent the check to my last address and when I called them to explained they just said call usps. The people that work in this branch are really racist because I’m not American and at the beginning I had some problems to speak in English. I’m rating with 1 start because I can’t 0 ??

I went to take my old card back cause the chip stopped working they gave me a new card didn't tell me it would cost 15.00 ...yet took 15.00 out of my account without my permission ?that is wrong and when I called all she said was we charge 15.00 for a new card why didn't she tell me that when I came in and gave my old card to her? It isn't my fault the chip stopped working .If I dont give permission to take money out my account DO NOT TAKE MY MONEY !!!! 0 is my rate
